Beyond AMAZING! So before I came to Toyota, I had gone to a different dealership and let me just say it was the WORST experience ever! They definitely won’t worried about trying to help me or meet any of my needs. As soon as I walked into Toyota they were right away asking what was important to me. When I sat down and talked to Daniel, and explained everything going on he took charge and did everything he could to help me out. He introduced me to Paul to show me the car they knew would fit my needs and they did an amazing job! I’m so thankful for everything they did for me and for getting me into the car that’s perfect for my family and I! I will admit they went above and beyond to help me and for that I am forever thankful! I will definitely always recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!! Thieves and liars Took my truck in for warranty work and while it was there for 5 weeks I was repeatedly lied to. From the writers saying that the noise it was making w Took my truck in for warranty work and while it was there for 5 weeks I was repeatedly lied to. From the writers saying that the noise it was making was normal and about the work that was being preformed. Once I got the truck back I had personal items missing and the alignment was not preformed after removing the control arms. The dealer sent a fake alignment sheet dated 2 weeks before I picked up my truck saying that the did the work. Spoke with Matt Luck the GM and he could care less about what is happening in the service department. If you want your vehicle to be in the same condition as when you take it in and all your personal items to still be in it take it else where. More
