Thieves and liars Took my truck in for warranty work and while it was there for 5 weeks I was repeatedly lied to. From the writers saying that the noise it was making w Took my truck in for warranty work and while it was there for 5 weeks I was repeatedly lied to. From the writers saying that the noise it was making was normal and about the work that was being preformed. Once I got the truck back I had personal items missing and the alignment was not preformed after removing the control arms. The dealer sent a fake alignment sheet dated 2 weeks before I picked up my truck saying that the did the work. Spoke with Matt Luck the GM and he could care less about what is happening in the service department. If you want your vehicle to be in the same condition as when you take it in and all your personal items to still be in it take it else where. More

Worst car buying experience This dealership has made SOOOO MANY mistakes from the moment I purchased my car until now. It has been 2 mos and I am STILL having to deal with this d This dealership has made SOOOO MANY mistakes from the moment I purchased my car until now. It has been 2 mos and I am STILL having to deal with this dealerships mistakes and not once have they taken accountability for their actions or even tried to apologize for the STRESS and the CREDIT HIT they put on my credit!!! To begin with, I TRADED in my vehicle on 2/17 and I was told my first payment for new vehicle would be due on 3/19. I have ALWAYS had my account on AUTOPAY so on 3/12 I started calling Toyota financial to set my account up on autopay. THEY FOUND NO ACCOUNT for me and told me the vehicle I traded in was PAST DUE, I told them the vehicle was NOT in my possession and that the dealership was supposed to pay it off. THEY DIDNT pay it off until AFTER the past due HIT MY CREDIT SCORE! well, since they didn't have an account for me for the NEW VEHICLE Toyota financial counldnt take a payment from me when I called on 3/12,3/15, 3/19, or 3/21! Family Toyota FINALLY called me on 3/23 saying that my account was past due on the new vehicle and that to start the new account I needed to make a payment!!!! LOL after the fact that I had been trying ALL ALONG to make a payment....okay, I MADE THE PAYMENT on 3/23 and its now 4/17 and I am getting calls from Toyota financial telling me that I am now PAST DUE on my NEW ACCOUNT!!!!!!! they state that family Toyota never sent in my payment and they are stating that I am going to get ANOTHER HIT on my credit due to this DEALERSHIPs failure to DO THEIR JOB! I have CONTRACTS and BANK STATEMENTS and RECORDED CALLS to prove that EVERYTHING on this statement is ACCURATE. oh! and one more thing, they gave me paper plates that expired TODAY and when I called them to ask about when my regular ones would come in they told me " oh, you need to get an inspection in order for us to give you the plates" an INSPECTION ON A BRAND NEW CAR because they FAILED to do the inspection PRIOR to releasing the car to me...BESIDES all of this bringing my stress level to a MAX it has also been TIME CONSUMING And I have lost a LOT of hours on the phone and it has lost me work hours and has HONESTLY been a HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!!!! More

When you walk in through the front door, and look past the receptionist there is a gentleman wearing glasses in bright red pants (at least that's what he wore when he sold me my Camry). His name is Danny. That's the guy you need to ask for. Full of life. Filled with laughter. Stories for days. One of the best handshakes in the business. I've bought 15 cars in my 65 years of life. I'm telling you right now. This guy has it all figured out. Danny Tran, you're the man. Thanks Nick in finance for a speedy process with paperwork. Great guy! PS ask Danny to tell you the story about how he met his wife. IT SHOULD BE A MOVIE PLOT! More

We made the deal signed the papers and were out of there in a couple of hours. Picked the truck up the next day. She loves her truck. Thank you for making it a one stop purchase. More
