I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new Toyota 4Runner from Family Toyota of Burleson and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. Moises Aguilar and Greg Striejewske truly understood the meaning of customer service and were great ambassadors to the brands of Toyota and Family Toyota. The behind the scenes work they did for me (without prompting) in locating the exact 4Runner I was looking for was no less than phenomenal. To say I scoured every Toyota dealership in Texas looking for this particular vehicle with a special paint color and interior is an understatement. Within two hours after my initial contact with Moises, Greg called me back to say they had found the exact vehicle I wanted and were having it delivered to their dealership for me to come and look at. They both knew I lived a long way from their dealership and had an appointment with another Toyota dealer that same day. There were no pushy sales tactics or one ounce of pressure on me to drop everything and rush over to buy their vehicle or I might lose it. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. The sales, trade-in, and financing processes were seamless and efficient. Start to finish, I was in the dealership for less than two hours which is almost unheard of. I profusely thanked everyone for making me the happiest customer ever and for finding my perfect vehicle. I loved Greg’s modest response of “that’s what we do”.
