Jeff told me the cost upfront and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. It took 4 months of waiting but he came thru. Jeff constantly kept me updated and even offered me alternate vehicles along the way that were a close match. Family Toyota is awesome to work with. They did not haggle nor did they try and mark up the cost of the truck with "Market Adjustment"--they simply gave me a fair and upfront price at the beginning of the process--all I had to do was wait. Greg and Raad in Finance were awesome. They helped me with my credit application and the whole finance process only took about 1 hr once I arrived to pick up my truck. I would only buy a Toyota from Family Toyota--I am so glad I found them.
