I took my Toyota Camry to another dealer for an oil change because of their discounted coupon. They could not get the oil filter off so I went to Family Toyota. I really like this place, as the waiting room with and coffee is great. Time management could be improved upon. However, they do offer a ride home if you don't have the time to wait.
