Purchasing our new Sienna from Family Toyota was a great experience. They did not charge a market adjustment fee or require me to pay for equipment I did not want. Jeff Raim was very informative, helpful an experience. They did not charge a market adjustment fee or require me to pay for equipment I did not want. Jeff Raim was very informative, helpful and a pleasure to work with! He had no problem answering questions over the phone/email. I was able to put a refundable deposit over the phone with no hassle. I really appreciate it when a salesman knows about his product and Jeff is supper knowledge about Toyota and hybrids. Great dealership to work with! More
