I would give John Kinman, Sales Rep-Family Toyota of Burleson 10 stars if I could. I needed to purchase a new vehicle and wanted to get a specific Toyota RAV4 XSE hybrid. I went on truecar.com and did a search for the exact car and was contacted the same day by Greg Striejewske, Internet Sales Director-Family Toyota of Burleson. My timeline was 3-4 weeks, and with a small deposit he could hold it for me.  Greg transferred my transaction to John  Kinman, Sales Rep- Family Toyota of Burleson. I live over 350 miles from this dealership, and the entire transaction was done online or by phone until I picked up the car. John made the entire process so quick and easy!  John continually checked in with updates on the car status. EVERYTHING was done in 19 days! From determining the trade in value, financing, explaining features of the vehicle, smartphone tools and even picking me up at the airport to get my new car, John did it ALL!
