Jason J and Brian did an awesome job. Called ask if they had the Tundra advertise. 2 hours later I was at the lot. 30 minutes later I was in finance. These guys are honest and take care of you. I recently bought two cars from Family Toyota in the past month. The first transaction went very smooth so I decided to go back. This one did not go well at all. I made it very clear from the beginning that month. The first transaction went very smooth so I decided to go back. This one did not go well at all. I made it very clear from the beginning that I only wanted my credit run once for Toyota as the finance company which is who I ended up financing through. They did not honor my wishes. So far I know of 4 other companies they ran my credit through without my authorization which has dinged my credit tremendously. I called and spoke to the finance guy and he pushed it off on someone else saying he wasn’t the one who did it and said he would check into it and call me back. I have yet to hear from him. This same finance guy gave me misinformation about extended protection. I DO NOT have confidence in the knowledge of the finance team. I then took my car for the windows to be tinted after having to reschedule several times due to the tint employee not being there. Once I get my car back I then notice a mysterious gouge on my plastic dash piece. This is very frustrating as the car wasn’t even two weeks old and already has damage. All in all after my second experience and the lack of communication and knowledge I would NOT recommend Family Toyota. More
