Manager Chris in the parts department has a very unprofessional attitude and likes to blame his employees for mistakes instead of just helping fix the probably. We came to dealership to have our new unprofessional attitude and likes to blame his employees for mistakes instead of just helping fix the probably. We came to dealership to have our new ordered rubber mats installed into our new vehicle. Chris the manager handed my husband our purchase but never asked to get someone to help put them in. Mind you we had been told that we would be showed how to place them in correctly. So I see my husband coming out trying to carrying a big box and a big trunk mat out to our vehicle with no help. Im unable to help my husband due to being 8 months pregnant and high risk. Other employees are all standing around joking around playing while watching my husband struggle. Employees watching us struggling to put these mats in. While in the mean time other cars are piling up for service. Finally I got someone to help us and they had no idea how to install trunk mat correctly. It was such a unpleasant experience and had to pull my children in and out of the car trying to get it all worked out. To find out they ordered the wrong trunk mat and the ones in the vehicle was supposed to be a 8 piece but only had 6 pieces. Chris the manger kept on stating well I didnt order these parts giving us attitude. Mind you we had been at the dealership a few days before that and they ordered the wrong mats then. We have been so patient through this whole process but had enough and returned our whole purchase. More
