Awesome visit!! Hannah was very excited to help us locate our Tacoma. Within minutes we were driving the Tacoma on a test drive. We finalized our deal and made a deposit and were scheduled to meet again at 1 our Tacoma. Within minutes we were driving the Tacoma on a test drive. The overall service and experience from Family Toyota overall has been above average. After signing with the finance department it was going smooth. That late evening is when I was finally told it wouldn't be ready for one reason or another. So, there was that, the miscommunication between the salesmen and myself when vehicle would be ready. A couple more days of going back and forth,I then explained to Marcus and David in detail the frustration I was feeling and why. Four days later I picked up my Rav 4. Knowing the situation two did offer me a couple of perks to compensate my time and I do appreciate that. Marcus obviously a people person is a good one to have on your team, David is too. I work in sales myself and one of the most valuable lessons I have learned overall is that you promise only what you can guarantee and that then will eliminate any non-doable expectations /disappointments.
