I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Jeff Raim as my salesperson. It was good to put the face with the name, as we had already been communicating back and forth via phone calls, emails, and texts. Jeff is low-key and calm, a total (and welcome) departure from the stereotypical car salesman. He is neither brash nor overwhelming. Jeff really is the G.O.A.T.!! He has a deep knowledge base, and his goal is to ensure the customer makes well-informed decisions. Jeff educates his customers. I felt completely supported in every step of the process. I have complete confidence that I will be well-cared for as a customer in the future. Derek in Finance was also amazing! Hayden helped me to solve a problem (mat production delays), and I instantly connected with Kheemlah, who made me feel like I had known her forever!
