Shelby Johnson was amazing and so friendly to talk to, we visited a few other dealerships and came across this one, we met a few nice people while there but me and my husband wanted to see the whole lot ours visited a few other dealerships and came across this one, we met a few nice people while there but me and my husband wanted to see the whole lot ourselves, I guess you can say old fashion since we can look online to look into the vehicles instead. While looking at the pre-owned vehicles we came across Shelby, she was so nice and welcoming and it being it our 1st time buying a vehicle, we looked into what we were looking for and she gave us some advice into what to look out for as well as what vehicles are long lasting and showed us our options. Sierra Mickens was my sales experience I had ever had. I am 45 and my entire family works in the car business or retired from it. I did have to go in and pick up the vehicle and sign finance paperwork. Sierra was even kind enough to ask if I needed a ride as due to medical reasons, she knew I had used Uber for some time. I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW AMAZING SHE WAS, I HAVE LOTS OF EXPERIENCE TO STATE THAT I FEEL. When she said welcome to the family, it isn't just a slogan, rehearsed statement.
