Excellent experience with my salesman Cristian. He was thorough, very well versed on all of Toyotas vehicles and honest. Don't get me wrong as it's still not my favorite thing to do but Cristian and the staff definitely raised it from just above visiting the dentist to a much higher level. I appreciate his manager stopping to say hello and Thank me for purchasing from them. Raad in finance was very cordial and effective at his job. I stopped by parts to get a couple of items and received the same friendly and helpful service. Other salespeople were friendly and offered assistance but were not pushy.....a very big item in my book. Just to throw Cristian a curve, I told him my payment wasn't high enough....he barely missed a beat and was ready to handle it. We laughed and so did many others. My point is everyone's attention to detail and making the customer a priority was great in my book. I will most definitely return for my next vehicle and won't hesitate to reccomend friends to this dealer. My only open question is if the Service Department is as good. I hope that it is. Thank you to Cristian and the entire team I worked with. Two others I almost forgot, the very nice receptionist at the phone who I wish I could remember her name and to Bob I think in finance who handled my DD-214 that I dropped off the next day.
