Go In for a Recall 2 times, 2 times tore up my truck !!! First time you check my leaf springs and you ripped clips for floor mats. Then 2nd time, you change the leaf springs , and then tell me my drive belt First time you check my leaf springs and you ripped clips for floor mats. Then 2nd time, you change the leaf springs , and then tell me my drive belt is bad so you change it, drive belt, lasted 5 days, it tore, ripped camshaft seal. Oil All over my engine and you want to say i have had an oil leak in past, my truck has never ever had an oil leak ! He said my rotors and brakes were bad and wanted 600.00 to do those, i said can do rotors we would do brakes,, i was told it was all or nothing at all by the tech that did the belt. I am glad i didn't do the brakes! they told me on the phone it was tensioner seal, my husband knew better so he called and told them that thing doesn't have a seal, then they said oh they read it wrong it was the camshaft seal that it tore up. What kind of techs do you have working there ?? I keep getting things on my receipts i should use the floor mats with clips, well i cant you broke them !! The only good thing i can say is Lindsey did jump on it and have it towed when it broke down. My truck has 161,000 miles on it, never had a problem but a battery, all original parts on it, until you started messing with stuff saying oh that's because its old. What do you do mess with stuff so people have to buy new ones? I am afraid of what is going to go wrong with it now. I was thinking of buying another one but mine wont be worth trading in if this keeps up, and i wont buy it from there . More

The experience was so outstanding, compared to my previous experiences with car dealerships, I felt compelled to provide this review. I have bought many new cars over the years from many dealerships. I must say that my sales cycle experience at Family Toyota of Burleson was far superior to any other I have experienced. As a result, I purchased a new 2020 model automobile from them. I have read that successful automobile dealerships’ have some common attributes: 1. The dealership provides a consistently great experience… during the entire sales cycle (f2f, emails, text, coordination, etc.) There was always focus on me…I felt that my business was important to this dealer before I even visited them. 2. The dealership’s entire staff acts like customer service professionals. This dealer’s staff was friendly, engaged, responsive, helpful, motivated, and very knowledgeable regarding the new model car I was interested in. 3. The purchase process is painless. (speed and simplicity…yet give the customer the time they need). Be informed and able answer questions about a model. This dealer did their homework prior to my initial visit, regarding questions I had…they were able to answer questions other dealers had not been able to regarding this newly released 2020 model. 4. Customers feel like they get a deal – but not necessarily the lowest price. (I was treated very well by receiving a very fair and competitive price…the details of the price were detailed to me written form. 5. Dealerships offer hands-on experiences with vehicles. Dealer encouraged me to test drive the vehicle on any type road I wanted to… (highway, around town, over rough roads, etc.), for as long as I wanted to. It was important to the dealer that I actually experience driving the car, even though I owned a previous year of the new model I was interested in. Given this dealer’s apparent “DNA”, that I experienced during the sales process, I would expect the same level of customer service in the service department. THIS DEALERSHIP IS AN EXTEMELY WELL MANAGED ORGANIZATION, THE EMPLOYEES APPEAR TO BE VERY HAPPY AND MOTIVATED…AS THEY ARE ALL SUCCESSFUL IN THEIR OWN WAY…YOU CAN FEEL IT AND SEE IT. He was friendly, professional, and he made suggestions that ended up saving me money. I came into Family Toyota with a preapproval from my CU, but at John's suggestion I agreed that Brian Mainard, Finanace Manager, could shop my financing. I imagined waiting in some crowded little room for ever. Not so! Brian is a wizard. He was so quick and he found me a better interest rate! I drove to this dealership from Ennis, TX and I am glad I did. I love my car. 45 MPG highway. More
