Family Toyota of Burleson sets the standard! I can't say that my experience with Family Toyota has been excellent. That's because it' actually been STELLAR! When my previous vehicle (2017) had a catastrophic warrantee issue and the part was goin to take too long to get in and fix, they immediately had options. Everyone at the dealership was amazing they quickly worked together and gave me several options of which one was to replace it with a new 2018 model equivalent to what I was driving. This is how a true dealership should operate. Family Toyota of Burleson goes beyond just selling you a vehicle they truly treat you like "Family". Other dealers that I have worked with in the past would have just said sorry but Family Toyota stepped up the game with "Sorry, we're gonna fix this!". This is why I come back to Family Toyota not just for sales but for service and anything else related to my Toyota vehicles. With out question Family Toyota of Burleson can not be beat from sales, to service, finance, and everything in-between. Well after telling him exactly what I wanted, he went right to work finding the right car for me and more than any salesperson in the entire Fort Worth-Dallas and surrounding areas. He didn’t call me suggesting a silver, or pre-dawn color, over the blue one I wanted, just to make a sale, like most did. I was very greatful that he called me within a week of looking and said he hd located one.. Some of the other salespeople just left me hanging, like the Weatherford location. i appreciate people like him! He went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. Excellent customer service Recently I brought my Tundra to Family Toyota for issue with my front tires being out of balance. My truck was serviced promptly but, unfortunately, t Recently I brought my Tundra to Family Toyota for issue with my front tires being out of balance. My truck was serviced promptly but, unfortunately, the problem was not solved. I made contact with the Service Manager, Chris Bruder, who took personal charge of my issue. He assigned the Senior Technician, Jerry Lambert, to service my truck. Jerry took me out on a test drive and almost immediately diagnosed the problem. Jerry assured me that he would fix the issue. I was given a ride to my job and a few hours later I received a call from Chris. He told me that my truck was ready and he sent the shuttle to come pick me up. I met with Chris and Jerry and I was told in great detail what had been done to correct the issue with my truck. My truck drives great and I have no further issues. I can't tell you how happy I am with Family Toyota. I was pleased when I bought my truck from them and I'm even more pleased with the service I have received since. More
