Excellent customer service Recently I brought my Tundra to Family Toyota for issue with my front tires being out of balance. My truck was serviced promptly but, unfortunately, t Recently I brought my Tundra to Family Toyota for issue with my front tires being out of balance. My truck was serviced promptly but, unfortunately, the problem was not solved. I made contact with the Service Manager, Chris Bruder, who took personal charge of my issue. He assigned the Senior Technician, Jerry Lambert, to service my truck. Jerry took me out on a test drive and almost immediately diagnosed the problem. Jerry assured me that he would fix the issue. I was given a ride to my job and a few hours later I received a call from Chris. He told me that my truck was ready and he sent the shuttle to come pick me up. I met with Chris and Jerry and I was told in great detail what had been done to correct the issue with my truck. My truck drives great and I have no further issues. I can't tell you how happy I am with Family Toyota. I was pleased when I bought my truck from them and I'm even more pleased with the service I have received since. More
