Good experience I recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra at Family Toyota. I set up my appointment by email with Max Nguyen and based upon the info I provided in my e I recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra at Family Toyota. I set up my appointment by email with Max Nguyen and based upon the info I provided in my email he had a truck ready to show me. The truck was exactly what I wanted and we worked together to come up with a price I could live with. I think I got a good price for my trade in and ultimately a good deal. My only complaint would be the length of time it took to get in to see a financing specialist. The wait was over an a hour and then I had to wait further for the young lady to check for a better financing rate. In the end, I got a truck for the price I wanted to pay and at a financing rate I could handle. More

New to Toyota We went to look at their dealership lot since I found a few on the website. I was contacted by a Sales representative for me to come by and test drive some vehicles. I went found the Toyota Rav4 that I was interested in test drove and fell in love with the vehicle. The difficult part was the financing since I was trading in a vehicle with negative equity. The dealership showed patience with me and recommended other options for trade in. I proceeded to look at a 2017 Toyota Camry as an alternative option and actually liked the vehicle. The financing was approved and I couldn't be any happier. Family Toyota of Burleson made me feel as a valued customer and took the time to take care of my needs. I will be coming to Family Toyota of Burleson for my future vehicles and service needs. More

Prompt, friendly knowledgable service. I took our 2013 Camry in for an oil change at 7:30 am. I told the service Rep. (Miguel) that I would like to get an oil change. After the car went I took our 2013 Camry in for an oil change at 7:30 am. I told the service Rep. (Miguel) that I would like to get an oil change. After the car went to the shop I remembered that my wife said that the usb charging port that she used for the phone had quit working so I went to Miguel and told him and he said that they would check it out. I got a cup of coffee and a Danish (nice touch) and sat down to start reading a book I had brought along to read. I am retired so I did not mind waiting. I finished the Danish and drank a cup of coffee and started to get another cup of coffee but the car was already finished. The oil was changed and the car was washed (I had just driven back home from Denver, Colorado and had collected a lot of bug residue on the front end as you could imagin.) and it was clean again! In addition I was given a list of recommended services that Toyota recommends and there was no hard sell on any of these. I was 3,000 miles short of the 60k tire tread service warranty so they looked up and gave me price on those. The service department even checked my wheel alignment and tire pressures (these were all good). Best of all my wife's cell phone port was now working (I can always use the extra brownie points.). I have been taking my car in for service at Family Toyota of Burleson for the past three years and have never been disappointed More
