Honest folks! After having a less than honest dealing at the Toyota dealership in weatherford a couple of years ago I was extremely skeptical about going to another After having a less than honest dealing at the Toyota dealership in weatherford a couple of years ago I was extremely skeptical about going to another Toyota dealership, Chad approached me, let me drive the car I was curious about, and told me all about it, I was still on the fence about a new car and he didn't pressure me, or make me feel bad about walking away from the car. Two weeks later, Chris & Gil made me a deal I couldn't say no to, we made the deal over the phone, agreed on price, trade value, and what "perks" I desired, they delivered more than promised and got me some incentives as well as a zero percent apr. The prices when I arrived to the dealership didn't mysteriously change like I've had happen at other establishments. They stuck to the quote, delivered the car as promised, and made the entire car purchasing deal smooth, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. They were reasonable on the offer for my trade, and gave me a really good deal! More

Outstanding and professional I just traded in my 2nd car for a Platinum Tundra. Sony was the only salesperson that had stayed in touch with me while the other dealers didn't provi I just traded in my 2nd car for a Platinum Tundra. Sony was the only salesperson that had stayed in touch with me while the other dealers didn't provide me enough information to earn their business. I ended up trading in and even after getting accessories installed, Sony and his service staff went above and beyond to make my new Platinum Tundra looking sharp. I get compliments left and right. I highly recommend them! More

Absolutely outstanding and unbelievable approximately 1 month ago I finally purchased my dream car - not new but new for me - a 2015 a Camaro convertible. Last week The key would not release approximately 1 month ago I finally purchased my dream car - not new but new for me - a 2015 a Camaro convertible. Last week The key would not release so I took the care to Family Toyota where I purchased the car and spoke to Chris Bruder in the service dept - He sent me to Lynn Smith Chevrolet since it is a Chevrolet and I was advised it was the shifter not releasing the key and would need the assembly replaced - Well I had purchased an extended warranty for $2500 so thought this would be covered - WRONG - of course the warranty company says oh no that part isn't covered.. I called Chris Bruder back at Family Toyota and he proceeded to contact the warranty co and was also told not covered - Now here is the amazing part - Chris called Lynn Smith Chevrolet and authorized them to fix the car and Toyota would pay the $500 to fix my car as a good faith -This was not a new car and Toyota was under no obligation to do anything This has got to be a first for me and I have bought a lot of cars and delt with a lot of car dealers but never in all of my years ( and there are many) have I had a dealer or service manager go to this length Please consider this dealer and service dept manager Chris Bruder for your next vehicle This is the friendliest - cleanest and most polite dealership Thank You Toyota and Chris Bruder More
