I assured him I would be back and as I felt he was straight up with me, I was with him and completed my purchase 6 weeks later. Telephone, emails, texts were all returned promptly and all of my concerns were addressed. He's a good guy working at what seems to be a great dealership. He's set a high bar for their service department. I don't think I'll be disappointed. They do seem like family. More

Skeeter was truthful, upfront and gave me a great deal. My only disappointment was I didn't go there first. He was very knowledgeable about the Prius, and didn't hide behind the fictitious "fees" some dealers throw at you after the deal is done. This was the first time in many years that I felt I didn't have to get down and fight for a price in the humiliating and demeaning ways most dealers use to beat you down until you submit to their price demands.
