Best culture i've ever seen with the best buying experience 2 days prior to my visit with Manny at Family Toyota I traveled to Houston in what i thought was an amazing deal. 4 hours later i arrived to find out 2 days prior to my visit with Manny at Family Toyota I traveled to Houston in what i thought was an amazing deal. 4 hours later i arrived to find out the vehicle was not what was posted and the dealership i had gone too flat out wasnt honest. Traveled back home that same night and was extremely frustrated. Came across an ad and decided to give a Family Toyota a shot. Hands down the best buying experience i have ever been through. You can tell everyone here actually enjoys there job, and you dont get the pressure or behind the scenes stuff you get at other dealerships. They did what they could to get what i needed and showed a true care in doing it. I was simply shopping this dealership and they showed their true colors and professionalism. I highly recommend reaching out to Manny who is a straight shooter but you can just tell based on how the ownership conducts business that the employees really give there all in trying to help you find the best scenario. Great job owners, this location is a true testament to how if you run an honest business the business will come. More
