Excellent customer care Recently I had a service to my tundra and later afterwards I discover a missing lug nuts key. I asked to see if it was left out during my service and Recently I had a service to my tundra and later afterwards I discover a missing lug nuts key. I asked to see if it was left out during my service and was told that it was not, but that they would try to get another for me. Week later I had one that I could use from family Toyota. Everyone we encountered, from sales to finance, were extremely courteous and helpful. Every employee did everything they could to get us what we wanted, at a price we wanted, and to help us be able to drive home in our new truck that night. Not once did we ever feel pressured to purchase something we weren't interested in. James was awesome. Christi was awesome. The experience was awesome.
