I want to express that even though I live 200 miles away Serkan made sure that my service needs were taken care of here in my City. Its good to know that Family Toyota will take care of my car needs no matter where I live with no hassle. The overall dealership had a sense of integrity and genuine care for the customer! When I met with the service and finance department, they welcomed me with the same atmosphere.
