I asked several questions that our sales professional couldn't answer because he either didn't have the experience or the authority to. This prolonged our time in the dealership by about 3 or 4 hours. Actual negotiations and signing paperwork totaled around 1 hour and I was physically in the dealership for 5... This was not necessary. The sales professional I worked with was extremely excited about the prospect of a possible sale and overly pandered to our need our need for a car. He was however very respectful our our kids and patient as well. More

Sincere. Genuine, Fair People were very courteous and professional. My salesman, Asher Zafar, had a genuine interest to make sure my needs were met. Their prices were extremely competitive and the negotiation was refreshingly fair. The finance team was personable and knowledgeable, no hard sales tactics here. If you have to wait, I did for about 45 minutes, they take care of you. All the popcorn, ice cream and beverages you can handle, in a nice comfy theater room. Great job Family Car Group! I will buy from you again. More

Amazingly Easy I had no idea that last Sat. I would be purchasing a new vehicle. My husband and I originally went to Family Toyota to test drive a pre-owned Highlan I had no idea that last Sat. I would be purchasing a new vehicle. My husband and I originally went to Family Toyota to test drive a pre-owned Highlander. Our salesman, Gerrick Compton, said that for the price we were going to pay for the used one, we could possibly get a brand new one with the incentives that were offered. And guess what? That is exactly what happened. Now we haven't purchased a new car in a long time, but the experience sure seems to have changed. It was basically painless and didn't take all day. And since both college football and HGTV were available in the lounges, the time passed rather quickly. I love my new Highlander XLE - it has everything I wanted and more. I would definitely recommend Family Toyota, as well as Gerrick Compton, if you are in the market for a new or preowned vehicle. More

Ronnie is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the things we asked him. He gave us options and helped us choose what is best in our interest. AWESOMENESS!!!!! Buying a car was not on my radar when I got up today. However one thing led to another and there I was. I had already been to 2 other Dealerships. The Buying a car was not on my radar when I got up today. However one thing led to another and there I was. I had already been to 2 other Dealerships. The first one was the used car guy you see in all the movies. the second one I stood beside the car I was interested in for 20 minutes (at least it felt that way) and NO ONE acknowledged me. Ready to just go another way; I reluctantly stopped at Family Toyota of Burleson. I was greeted by Jennifer "Delaney" she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was patient, kind, and paid attention to every detail. I cannot sing her praises enough!!!! Attention to every Detail! The Finance Guys where great.
