It was determined that I needed new tires and Chris being known as "Tire Zilla" really knew his stuff. I appreciated his recommendations and working with me to make an informed decision. His main goal was to make me happy. I have to say he did that. He offered to have someone take me home and come back to get me while the service was being done but the waiting area is so comfortable with a coffee bar, TV's and Popcorn I actually enjoyed the wait. I also thought it was very nice for families having to wait as there is a Media room with recliners so the kids and kids at heart can enjoy watching TV on the big screen. They have ice cream in there too! A lot of fun for kids of all ages. They do treat you like Family here at Family Toyota in Burleson. I appreciated the kindness and consideration that was shown to me here. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to have service done or anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I really missed having a highlander. I came it about an hour before closing. Sierra met me in the parking lot and showed me what she had in their inventory. I didn't think I would love the newer model of the highlander, but I was wrong. The entire staff including Brian with the financial paperwork went out of their way to make sure I received the best rates, the best price, and Faheem even gave popsicles to my two daughters. We finally left at about 10:00 that night. It was one of the mos painless buying car experiences I have ever endured. Sierra went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, took care of a few things that weren't able to get done because of the time all the paperwork was done and continues to follow up!
