I hadn't bought a vehicle in over 10 years and I wanted to give a review on your salesman Asher Zafar !!! He listened and was very patient with me. I hadn't bought a vehicle in over 10 years and was very nervous but I knew exactly what I wanted. He came out with the 2011 Honda CRV with low miles and despite my credit issues he was able to get me approved and now I have a wonderful, dependable vehicle for my family. He is great and is a definitely an asset to your team at Family Toyota of Burleson!! I'm very happy and satisfied with my vehicle!! Thank you Asher, Faheem and Joe!! You have a customer for life!! God Bless you all!! :) More

They advertised vehicles that were already sold to lure you in. Family Toyota of Burleson had a 2015 Cadillac SRX advertised and the price was GREAT. We doubted the car was there but we called just in case. Danny Tran answered the phone and he was immediately personable. He confirmed the vehicle was there and we asked if we could come out and see it. He agreed to see us and we drove there within 30 minutes. Met Danny quickly, drove the car with 15 minutes of arriving, agreed to buy within 20 minutes and we were out in less than an hour and a half. Dustin is a stellar GM and Christi is just a joy to speak with, even if we weren't transacting business. Thank you guys and we'll be back! More

Went to Family Toyota to look at other options after having mostly decided to purchase a car at another dealer. Joseph showed us a brand new Corolla. I have a long commute, and put around 40k miles per year on my vehicle, so warranty and longevity is important to me. Joseph patiently listened to my concerns, and helped me compare the pros and cons of both cars. I never felt pressured, and all-in-all it was a very comfortable experience. I feel like we got a fair price on a brand new car, and I am VERY happy with my new Corolla. We'll be looking to replace our second vehicle in a couple years, and we plan on coming and talking to Joseph again. More

Didn't need the condescension I purchased a new Toyota Camry Hybrid from Family Toyota in Arlington a little over two weeks ago. From nearly the second day after the purchase, the I purchased a new Toyota Camry Hybrid from Family Toyota in Arlington a little over two weeks ago. From nearly the second day after the purchase, the low tire pressure light came on. I visually inspected the tires and assumed that the temperature drop had caused the tires to read a bit lower, but was surprised that the pressure was not set at the optimum level during the make ready.process. A bit later, I was going to check the air in the tires at the gas station, but the light was not on, even though the tires were not particularly hot (only a couple of miles of city driving), nor the temperature warm. Then a bit later, after highway driving and the tires warming up, the light came on... exactly opposite of what I expected. I mentioned to my father-in-law that my sensor was going off and he said they had a similar problem on their 2014 RAV4 until the dealer discovered that their spare was quite low. So I decided to make a service appointment to verify that there was not an issue with the car. Family Toyota of Burleson was a little closer to my home and I wanted to continue doing business with the Family Toyota Family. When I went to the Family Toyota in Burleson service facility, I explained the situation to Richard Cheek as above, but kept getting interrupted by him telling me that air in the tires expands when it is warm and contracts when it is cold... He said I just needed air in the tires and to reset the sensor. I understand how temperature, pressure and tires work. The pattern I noticed did not necessarily fit that scenario, IF the make ready people at Family Toyota of Arlington had placed the pressure at optimum levels. (I purchased a 2016 model that had been sitting on the lot for six months, so there had been plenty of tire for the tires to run a bit low since it had been delivered to the dealer.) I think it is an extremely poor idea for a service rep to jump to conclusions about a situation without investigating it. It took me directly back to all of the bad dealer service experiences I have had where I knew the problem - and the car was under warranty - but the service rep automatically insisted that the problem was either the driver or sometime inexpensive. Only when I was paying for repairs out of my pocket would anyone try to diagnose an issue, and it would usually be what I had identified months before - yet it would not get written on the service tickets, so it was considered a new problem, making me responsible. I will NOT never buy a Ford, Honda, or Mazda again because of those experiences. I have had a few bad rounds with Toyota dealers too, and this exchange isn't helping. I went inside to wait and a very nice mute man came out and communicated with me that the tire pressure on all tires was 29psi (immediately after having driven 20 minutes at highway speeds to get to the dealership), when it should have been 35psi. According to math and research on this type of thing, the deviation between the temperature when I purchased the car (around 90 degrees with "cold tires") and the temperature this morning (about 78 degrees with "hot tires" from 20 minutes of highway driving) should be a difference of about 2-3psi. I went out to get the car and the service rep told me that my tires were just low. I was pleased that there was no problem and said that the make ready people must not have checked the tires when the car was delivered and the tire pressure sensor does not reset itself immediately, which would make sense in every way. He strongly denied it (as if he would know what was/wasn't done two weeks ago at a dealership in Arlington) and tried to explain how temperature and pressure works in a tire according to outside air pressure. I thanked him for his condescension. No service ticket was generated since my issue wasn't worth taking seriously. Apparently I don't appear to be knowledgable enough to know what is going on, so I won't bother Family Toyota in Burleson again. More
