We met Frank Thompson, and he was a great fit for us immediately as we do not like to feel pressured in any way by sales pitches. Frank availed himself to listen to our criteria, and led us to three Avalons. We tried each of them as the seats needed to fit our needs for several reasons. We had a low mileage Suburban to trade, and our trade was not easy from which to part. We arrived at an agreeable price in a very open, cordial, dignified manner, frankly in a way we like to do business. Mr. Thompson, throughout the entire process, was plainly excellent with us. We are, I guess, a bit fussy. Our delivery was very, very thorough, and most importantly, to us, completed the transaction much because of his expertise, and to the credit of Family Toyota of Burleson. Used Tundra Purchase I read the reviews of this dealership online before I made an inquiry online regarding a used Tundra Platinum. I did not want to deal with a dealership that was high pressure, had poor reviews and unhappy customers. Within a few minutes of my inquiry I received a call from Sony. He answered all my questions over the phone. The dealership scheduled my test drive. I made the trip to Burleson from north of the DFW Metroplex. When I arrived at the dealership Sony had the truck waiting for me in front of the dealership for the test drive. The truck was exactly how he described it over the phone. After the test drive Derrick was then introduced to us. He was very pleasant and helped us with our trade in. In my experience the dealership and staff was not high pressure and all of the folks we dealt with there were friendly and professional. I recommend this dealership and would very strongly consider purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. More
