I noticed that I had a fog light that was not working properly. I called Amanda, and let her know of the problem. She then told me that she would transfer me to a gentleman named Chris in parts, I believe. He said not to worry, that they would get it taken care of. They replaced the light, that same day. I couldn't have asked for better service from a car dealership. Lastly, Bryan made all the paperwork super simple. And also answered any questions that I had. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. And I had driven 5 hours to come and pick up my truck! Thank you Bryan, Chris and Amanda!!! More

Lack of attention to detail I gave the dealership to stars only because I had a positive sales experience here. A few weeks after the dealership changed my oil, my vehicle develo I gave the dealership to stars only because I had a positive sales experience here. A few weeks after the dealership changed my oil, my vehicle developed an oil leak. I didn't have time to take a look at it, so I brought it back to the dealership. They admitted that they did not tighten the oil plug properly. They didn't really apologize, just said they would do better next time. After a two hour wait, I walked away with a washed vehicle and not much else. The sales department seems to be legit, but I have lost all faith in the service department. Use at your own risk! More

Flat tire/lost security lug nut I met my husband for dinner at Cotton Patch and when we came out of the restaurant my car had a flat tire. My husband began fixing it and then we discovered the security lug nut was missing. We drove to the Toyota dealership in my husband's truck and the person we spoke to was Ava. The service department was closed but she was so kind and said to come back the next morning and they would take good care of us. I returned the next morning in my husband's truck after taking him to work. A man from Toyota went with me back to Cotton Patch, fixed the flat tire and then we returned to the dealership. The shuttle service took me home while they ordered the new tires and put them on. The shuttle service picked me back up and brought me to the dealership to get my car. The service was great and the shuttle system was a life saver! Ava was so great to work with! She really took good care of us! We are so thankful to have this Toyota dealership in Burleson! More
