The folks at Family treated us with respect and worked to resolve any issues that we may have had. They went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with our vehicle. They had the vehicle that we wanted (which wasn't a Toyota) and did not try to steer us into a Toyota. They were true to their word, their warranties, and their service policies. They worked to make our experience the best experience possible. We would buy another vehicle from them. Sony is an outstanding sales assistant. He truly works for his customers. I believe that Family Toyota is the best dealership in the metroplex. More
