Pleasant Experience I will start out by saying I dread going to dealerships and I buy 90 percent of my cars from individuals. I enjoy the haggle going back and forth etc; but sometimes I don't have time and this was the case at Family Toyota. From the very beginning Ronnie Beck was excellent to deal with. He listened to all my concerns, cares and needs and went out of his was way to bring up several cars for me to compare with no hesitation or signs of frustration. In fact I actually left to grab lunch with my family to think it over and the dealership did not hound me to stay or try to block the door; which I have seen before. I am sure he thought I would not be back. But because of the non pressure sales and the ability to provide a area for my family to wait while we do the paper work , made this one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. Once I decided I was buying the car, I was out of there in less than an hour like a well refined process. We stopped one night to inquiry about a new 4Runner and met with Danny. Danny was great from the start and really informative he did not pressure us like other dealerships tend to do. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants. They did not have the specific vehicle that I was wanting and Danny was able to track one down that was still in production and get it delivered to me in less than a week. Family Toyota really lives up to its name and make you feel like your part of the family. The movie room with the free ice cream definitely added to the experience when you are car shopping with two little ones. I will definitely be back again in the future and be referring anyone I hear that is in the market for a new car. Thank you! More
