It was great to have someone listen to what needs were important and they did everything to find the vehicle and price range I needed. Most pleasant car buying experience ever. Truthfully. We located a used car at Family Toyota that would suit our 15 year old daughter. When we arrived, we were greeted and quickly shown this car. We took the car for a test drive, and when we arrived back at the dealership, I took Michael's business car and told him that I would get back with him. Everyone was friendly and professional, and most importantly, no one even mentioned looking at a different car. There was absolutely no pressure; no questions asking if we would like to look around or if we would like to see a "new" car. We did end up buying this car, and the dealership looked it over again. They found some (significant) things that needed to be fixed, and they fixed them at no charge. They also noted that the brakes would be due for replacing in six months, so they did that as well. At no charge. Jeff told me that he "just wants to make sure everything is done right". We are extremely impressed with their professionalism, and even more thankful! LOVED these people. More

Hometown dealership just around the corner! I have shopped and bought Toyotas in other dealerships in the metroplex and had good experiences there. I was about to head to one of those up there to check out a deal on a 2016 truck and decided to check out Family Toyota in Burleson that was less than 1 mile from our home. I first met the Service Manager and he gave me the "nickel" tour and I saw the First Class Service Department. It was very impressive and the waiting area was like being at home. It was very warm and comfortable with many extras. The sales area with the Hometown Mural was really awesome. Then I met Mitch who was very professional and within a very short time I felt like I had known him for years. We talked about many things had a lot in common, like family and values. I bought a new Toyota Tacoma and I am really glad I stopped to check out the dealership around the corner. It is worth the drive and then some. More

She spent so much time showing me different vehicles and models and never seemed impatient. When it came down to crunching numbers Corey also assisted and he explained in such a great way that made it easy to understand. I was new to leasing and new vehicles so it seemed like a really difficult concept to me, but he made it extremely easy to understand and they both made me feel confident in my decision to lease. The model I wanted was way out of budget, but they helped make it a little bit more possible so that I could get the model I wanted. I was dreading going to finance and signing papers, but Daniel made it so easy and quick. I was amazed! He did a great job getting things done in a timely manner and was really friendly as well. I was dreading getting a new car because my experience at another dealership was so terrible and so long, but this group of people made it so easy and I felt so welcomed. We were even there past closing and I kept apologizing, but they didn't rush me or make it seem like I was an inconvenience. I am definitely going to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car! My husband and I will definitely be back. More
