Not only where they very polite and professional, I purchased my car out of state and had to do everything over the phone and through email! They had no problem being able to work around my schedule. On top of all that I also had to be picked up at the Dallas airport which they did for me no problem at all! Even the driver was awesome! I highly recommend them if you're looking to get a new or used vehicle! They are FANTASTIC! More

They offered a fair-good deal but not GREAT in the beginning until I got a great pricing sheet from other. Glad he can beat the price.) My sales is Emanuel Jimenez. I sent him the pricing sheet I got from the dealer who played bait-n-switch and wasted my time (but the offer was still the lowest). Manny replied my email quickly and was able to beat that price (tho only 50 bucks). He took care of all the paperwork and I didn't spend 1 second in the dealership! They didn't have the car I wanted in their lot but he found one from other dealer and had it delivered to my place the very next day with a full tank of gas! Then Monday he came again to go through the features of the car and took it back to the dealership for window tint and have it delivered back to me the next day! Oh and remove the dealership sticker as I requested. From the tiny details you can tell if a sales really values his customers. And Manny did pay attention to my detailed requests and being very responsive. Glad he made my purchase easy. Will definitely recommend this dealership and Manny to my friends and family! My very first visit was for my Toyota Hybrid engine. I had to get a whole new engine put in due to my mistake of taking my car to Firestone for services. Ava Winchester made me feel as if I had known her all my life. She calmed me down and reasurred me that Family Toyota of Burleson would take care of me, and they did. I think I called Ava every day, but not once did she ever seem annoyed. Ava and her manager Chris Bruder made sure my vehicle was getting everything it needed to get me back on the road. My car was in the shop for a week and came out running fantastic! The price for the work was not too bad either. My next experience was to purchase. My sales associate was Emanuel Jimenez. Manny, as I was asked to call him, was very courteous, kind, and attentive. Manny did everything in his powers to make my buying experience top rated. I noticed he had a digital picture frame in his office of all the customers who he had sold a vehicle to. Manny seems to pride himself on making a lasting and valuable impression with his customers and it shows that he really enjoys and takes pride in his job. The purchasing of my truck was faster than I had intended and they had an employee drive my car back to my house so I could enjoy my new vehicle. My son noticed I had a broken remote for the DVD player and Manny offered to pay for it to be fixed or replaced. He didn't have to do that, I didn't buy the truck for the DVD player, but Manny wants a lasting relationship in which his customers will return to him again and again.
