My family and I shopped around at several dealerships before coming to Family Toyota of Burleson. We found them through a good recommendation by USAA. However, this was the first dealership that inquired about the needs of our family and browsed through their inventory to specifically fit every one. Collin provided us with a couple of cars, and the first car we test drove was the one we ended up buying. Collin was friendly from the start and really connected with our whole family on a personal level. Not only did he provide us with a car, but with a family type atmosphere; as he said the name isn't a gimmick. He remembered all of our names the whole time, and I felt more in a coffee shop with a friend rather than in a dealership. He was honest and upfront about himself and the different cars in the dealership, which lead me to really trust him in his recommendations. He even helped us decide on what to do with one of our current cars on its repairs. While trying to figure out the financing, Collin was respectable and allowed our family some privacy while discussing the matters. Even being a new dealer, he was very knowledgeable and willing to help. In fact, my family and I went to eat dinner in the car we purchased, leaving the one we drove to the dealership in the parking lot. My dad contacted Collin at dinner with a question about the car, and Collin said he would let us know when we came back. Sure enough, he was waiting for us outside the car when we pulled up and provided an answer. Darell helped with the financing of our car and even in the five minutes we exchanged with him, he made a great impression. He helped us with obtaining the correct information needed for financing the car to ensure a quick and easy purchase. The entire dealership itself was very nice and clean. The inventory entailed all cars for any request a family or an individual wanted. All the employees were friendly and were there for you in anything you needed. For example, Faheem was right there to help with a question when Collin was away working with financing for us. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or anyone in search of a great dealership with a personal, prompt experience. More

I was pleased it got 50 MPG last weekend coming from Galveston to Alvarado running at highway speeds. We initially came in to Family Toyota to see what cars they had and it was a very pleasant experience selecting the right car with Bart's help. I had some questions about hybrids and he brought in Faheem to give us some more details. The price was fair and it was an easy decision with no drama. Family Toyota has a very nice facility and I think they have something good going on in Burleson. Five stars. More
