Jeff Raim contacted us to let us know the car was available and setup a test drive for us. Jeff met us with the keys ready and allowed us to take a test drive alone. They are not pushy and do not give you false information or try and persuade you into doing something that you don't want. If anyone is in the market for a vehicle I would highly recommend shopping at Family Toyota of Burleson and not wasting any time going else where. More

Complete Waste So after I valued my trade using the dealership's own tool, I called to make sure that this is what I could expect to get for my trade-in and was told So after I valued my trade using the dealership's own tool, I called to make sure that this is what I could expect to get for my trade-in and was told "Absolutely", with no caveat whatsoever. After making the 45 minute drive to look at a car I liked, I was lowballed on my trade for $2000 less than the book value. After the typical back and forth of a car dealership, and speaking with the appraiser directly, I was told "We are a high volume dealership and so we price our units accordingly, so that's the reason for the trade-in value." Needless to say I walked out. That being said, if you are in the market to take MUCH less than your trade-in is worth in order to help Family Toyota of Burleson be a high volume dealership, then by all means do so. On the other hand, if you want a no hassle experience and getting EXACTLY what your trade is worth, then make the short drive to Vandergriff Toyota of Arlington and ask for Timothy. I got what my trade is worth, got a great vehicle at a great price (better than Family Toyota of Burleson) and got a pleasant experience all around! More
