Reached out to purchase a car only to be put to the side I will say the two men that emailed me were polite, but I felt as though they were short with me, there was no real effort put into working out a deal I will say the two men that emailed me were polite, but I felt as though they were short with me, there was no real effort put into working out a deal with me, and I wasn't taken serious. I contacted them through email and was contacted back in a timely manner. Skeeter Pooch and Mathew Luck were the salesmen who reached out. I replied back to them offering $54,300 for the car money in hand. The car was listed at $56,995 so I figured there was room to negotiate. Well I was wrong. They replied back and offered a measly $500 off the car! Then right after that I was told that someone had offered to pay their full listed price ($56,995) the night before and they would contact me later if the sale doesn't go through. Why not tell me that in the first email instead of leading me on? It is now 7 days later and they have not followed up with me to let me know the sale did not go through. But I think the most disrespectful thing of all is that a week later they mark the car down by $1000. That shows that no real effort was put into negotiating on a better price. You would think they would try a bit harder for a guy traveling over 800 miles to come to their dealership to buy a car with the money in hand. They advertise how they are a family owned business and will do everything they can for you. Well here is my honest review to let you know that isn’t quite true. I was introduced to Tammy Rix and she answered every single question I had. One thing I really appreciated was that she respected my budget. I've been several places that the sales people get really pushy and it makes me so uncomfortable. I do not know anything about cars and she really took the time to go back over things for me. It is a very beautiful and clean facility and I will be going back! I can't wait to take my family there as well. I had spent more than 15 hours haggling(I am not exaggerating If you want a first class, down to earth experience it is worth it to drive to Burleson. I had spent more than 15 hours haggling(I am not exaggerating) trying to make a deal at two other dealerships in Arlington. I wasn't looking forward to going back to another dealership, but I took a chance and went to Family Toyota and was welcomed by Carlos Garcia with a very polite "Welcome to Family Toyota Sir, may I help you".(Yes, this is worth a lot to me) Every one I spoke to and dealt with actually listened to me, this included others like Derrick Mickens, Nick Lipinski, Faheem Darville . The experience got better as they showed me 4 different vehicles that might work for my budget and they kept talking with me(not at me) on how each might work for me. I finally chose a 2016 Texas Edition Tundra. The process was painless and they worked with my schedule to accommodate me. When I went into finance it only took 10 minutes(I actually timed it) to sign the papers and was done with the deal, I was absolutely amazed. I would like to say, thank you!! to all those guys I mentioned before for such a great experience. More

This dealer was one of the very few in the Metroplex who was willing to work with me on the price and reserving my new truck. It was definitely worth an hour and a half drive to get there. Certainly recommend this dealer and Josh in particular. More
