Easy, Upfront Pricing I first reached out to Family Toyota through their website when I was requesting some information on a 2015 4Runner. Emanuel "Manny" Jimenez was very I first reached out to Family Toyota through their website when I was requesting some information on a 2015 4Runner. Emanuel "Manny" Jimenez was very quick to respond to my email. Once I told him exactly what I wanted, he quickly gave me the lowest, upfront pricing I received anywhere in the DFW metroplex. Unfortunately the exact car I wanted wasn't available in a 2015 model, so he gave me the same deal on a 2016 4Runner with everything I wanted that was on its way to the dealership. I continued to shop around for about a week, and Manny was very understanding. He simply told me he'd like to help me get into a new car, but then left me alone to make my own decision. None of those pesky phone calls 3x a day like other dealerships in the area. I appreciated not being pressured into anything. My 4Runner was delivered in 3 days! My only complaint about the whole transaction was about the delivery of the vehicle. I arrived to the dealership with my financing in place. Manny had my vehicle ready for me to view, but unfortunately hadn't the inspection or a brake light modification hadn't been completed. The manager, Chris, was super apologetic and brought it back to the service department to fix while I waited to finalize my title work. I believe the finance department forgot that I was there, because I waited over an hour in the lobby (which wasn't bad as they have a movie theater room and popcorn.) As soon as my vehicle was done, they rushed me through to a representative in the finance department so that I could be on my way. Danny, another rep, sat with me and helped me hook up my phone to the navigation system. He gave me quite a few tips and tricks and I really feel he knows his vehicles. As a first-time car buyer, I appreciate the quality of service from all the staff at the dealership. It was nothing like the painful experience I was expecting. I love my new vehicle and know that I got the best deal in the DFW metroplex. Thanks Family Toyota! More
