The phrase "going above and beyond" doesn't begin to tell a potential buyer what it was like to deal with them. Richard Creek, our sales person, was made aware of the restrictions I had including the wheelchair access, the need to be able to help my twins, make the van not only accessible but fun as the physical decline was significant. Richard and the financial team led by Dustin Herndon were in constant contact, weighing the best options for us, minute by minute, transporting the van to have the wheelchair lift put on, delivering it back to me and even helping with the additional customizations through honest recommendations. Having gone through multiple attempts at "accessible" vehicles I knew this one was a significant one but these two men and the brand they represent are a true testament to good character and a dealer with the name Family in it. We consider them part of our family now and will continue to do so. We do our best to refer people there and especially those with challenges to feel at ease and supported. My children take a personal responsibility to this van including calling it "ours". That is what Family Toyota does for anyone who comes in contact with them. More
