Breath of fresh air! My wife and I had been looking for a used Honda Odyssey for a number of weeks. We found matching our needs and contacted the dealership via an online My wife and I had been looking for a used Honda Odyssey for a number of weeks. We found matching our needs and contacted the dealership via an online link. Danny Vu responded back very quickly and over the course of 3 emails answered all of my major questions and had the car ready for me to look at as soon as I arrived that evening. Even though Danny could not be there, he passed me off to Skeeter Pooch who was up to speed on all of Danny and my correspondence. By this point I was sick shopping around and tired of all the hassle I had been through at 2 other dealers. I let Skeeter know and he was more than accommodating. He never pushed or tried to jerk me around. Unfortunately we were not able to make it work that night, I was able to make some things happen on my end and two days later I was back and driving home in our new (used 2013) car. During the process I was also greeted by the owner Skip Jabbar and his wife. Both were super kind. Finally, Kevin in finance, got me squared away really quickly. Everyone was very professional. Overall I felt I got a very fair deal, they did not try push me towards another car, and ultimately they lived up to their name of "family". I will give them the first shot at my business from now on. Well done gang. More

Incredible experience from a family with disabilities No amount of research into a specific vehicle or dealership could have prepared us for the interactions at Family Toyota. The phrase "going above and No amount of research into a specific vehicle or dealership could have prepared us for the interactions at Family Toyota. The phrase "going above and beyond" doesn't begin to tell a potential buyer what it was like to deal with them. Richard Creek, our sales person, was made aware of the restrictions I had including the wheelchair access, the need to be able to help my twins, make the van not only accessible but fun as the physical decline was significant. Richard and the financial team led by Dustin Herndon were in constant contact, weighing the best options for us, minute by minute, transporting the van to have the wheelchair lift put on, delivering it back to me and even helping with the additional customizations through honest recommendations. Having gone through multiple attempts at "accessible" vehicles I knew this one was a significant one but these two men and the brand they represent are a true testament to good character and a dealer with the name Family in it. We consider them part of our family now and will continue to do so. We do our best to refer people there and especially those with challenges to feel at ease and supported. My children take a personal responsibility to this van including calling it "ours". That is what Family Toyota does for anyone who comes in contact with them. More
