Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I came in looking for a 2012 or 13 Toyota Camry. Salesman, Richard Creek, approached me immediately as I got out of my car to look. I walked away from two other Toyota dealerships due to the aggres I finally found a sales staff and dealership that believes in courtesy and respect. I walked away from two other Toyota dealerships due to the aggressive and rude treatment I received. I called Family Toyota in Berleson and after a few moments on the phone with Josh decided to give it one more try. Sure glad that I did! It was almost an hours drive from my home in Bedford, but well worth it. Josh could not have been more professional. He told me on the phone what to expect and then he delivered! The car I originally wanted was not quite equipped as I thought (my fault, not Josh's) so we moved to a different car with the exact equipment I wanted. Price negotiations took about 45 seconds since he priced it correctly to begin with and the deal was done! I would definitely recommend Family Toyota in general and Josh in particular. Give them a call, I think you will be pleasantly surprised. More
