We first looked on the website and were very pleased and surprised with the user friendliness of it as far as finding the make and model we were searching for and the option it gives you to see all the payment options, trade in values, interest rates, etc. That was just the beginning of it. After we had found the car we wanted, we called and were set up with Dustin Herndon and Jeff Raim. I cant speak highly enough of each of these men and the true professionalism and knowledge they each have as well as being honest and genuine throughout the whole process. You can tell they truly love what they do and they treat you like a person should be treated. They are not pushy and do not give you and false information or try and persuade you into doing something that will not benefit you. Each employee we met has a true love for what they do and are happy to be there doing their job. I think that starts from the top and trickles down into each employee. Skip Jabbar has truly done a fantastic job in opening and running/owning this dealership and you can see that in his employees by the way he treats them and you can see it in their work ethic and passion for their job. This is our first car my wife and I have purchased together and we have a 1 yr old daughter so it really is our first "family car" and we couldn't have bought it at a better place. This is the first car of many we will buy in our lifetime from Family Toyota. They really do treat you like family and my wife and I are looking forward to a lifetime relationship with Family Toyota of Burleson and all their wonderful employees. More
