Lauren, the service advisor, lied to me. She said there was a hole in my tire that they couldn’t fix and I had to buy a new one. I am highly disappointed with the service department's pricing transparency and fairness. I needed a replacement fuel cover for my vehicle. The dealership quoted me $139.00 for the part and an additional pricing transparency and fairness. I needed a replacement fuel cover for my vehicle. The dealership quoted me $139.00 for the part and an additional $220.00 for labor to install it—bringing the total quote to $359.00. Upon doing my own research, I found the exact same part online for $72.00. Furthermore, the installation literally required nothing more than tightening two bolts, which takes less than five minutes. Charging a $220 flat labor fee for a two-bolt, five-minute job is an extreme and unreasonable markup. I highly recommend checking online parts prices and consulting an independent mechanic before agreeing to any service here. They will overcharge you significantly for simple fixes if you don't double-check their work. More
