I've bought a lot of cars over the years. This was by far the best car purchase experience I've had--and, for that matter, the best customer service experience I can remember. I reached out to Devin Hogan about a trading an automatic M4 for an M3 with a stick shift that I saw on Faulkner BMW's website. Devin confirmed that the M3 was in stock and got me a fair offer on my M4 based on the photos and information I provided. He understood that I would be coming from a few hours away, and he made sure to confirm everything we agreed on and get all of the details in place before I made the drive. Devin was friendly, responsive, and professional in all of our interactions. There were no surprises when I arrived. Devin and Brady Stout in the finance department helped get me in and out of the dealer in less than 90 minutes so that I could beat rush hour traffic on the way home. They also offered up recommendations for lunch spots and where to service my car near my house. If I find myself in the market for a BMW in the future, Devin will definitely be my first call, even factoring in the three-hour drive! More
I brought my car in to be serviced at this location on several occasions in the past few months. The poor customer service has been very disappointing to say the least. There were times when a few days would pass and I would have no idea of the status of my vehicle. There was never a sense of urgency or customer appreciation that was ever evident in all of my experiences. If I didn’t physically come into the dealership, my car would probably still be there. I had never witnessed such an unprofessional experience like this in my life. It was really upsetting and I definitely expected better, especially from a BMW dealership. My car has been serviced several times, and every time I get it back, the problem is never completely fixed or another problem is brought to my attention. After this last visit, my car is now driving very rough and it was not driving like that when I brought it in to be serviced. I am afraid to bring it back in with fear that this problem will not get completely resolved or a new problem will arise. A customer should never be made to feel this way. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism at this establishment. Every customer should receive the proper care, appreciation, and reliable quality service that he or she deserves. More
The impeccable service I consistently receive by the service department is why I drive an hour to that dealership for car maintenance.
