Recently purchased a M340 from BMW of Lancaster. I was comparing between several other dealers in the area for the right car but the experience I received from Faulkner was far better than what I ha I was comparing between several other dealers in the area for the right car but the experience I received from Faulkner was far better than what I had receieved from other dealerships. I worked with Seth Lewis who was always responsive to my questions and was extremely flexible as I seemed undecided with what the best option was. He was honest and never once tried to sell me the more expensive option but tailored is opinion to what was right for me, that was greatly appreciated. He never pushed me into anything nor make me feel a burden when I had questions or felt undecided. He was extremely accessible by text and always responsive. I highly recommend him to anyone. The process was always great and Christine from finance was transparent and made sure to do her best to get me the best terms possible. Plus she had a great sense of humor! The car detailing upon delivery was the best I had ever seen! A shoutout to the detailing team. I got a great walk through of the car tech features from I believe it was Deshawn (sorry if i misspelled or got the name wrong) he was extremely helpful and great to talk to about cars and my new bmw! The dealership has shown to have lost the exceptional customer service that it had a few years ago. I think it could be a result of staffing challenges.
