Corrected problem other repair shop couldn’t. They performed the repair quickly and it was under warranty. This was after another repair shop attempted to fix the problem on 3 separate occasions. It's The Small Things That Make the Biggest Difference I cannot say enough about Faulkner Buick GMC. Their staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I especially like how even if you come up with a qu I cannot say enough about Faulkner Buick GMC. Their staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I especially like how even if you come up with a question that they might not know the answer to, they will make sure to find out the correct answer, and not just tell you what they think you want to hear. Another thing both my family and I were really impressed with, was that they took they take as much time and care with used vehicle sales as they do with new vehicle sales; that's rare in today's world and it really makes an impact. There were lots of things I loved about dealing with Faulkner, but out of everything though, what really meant the world to me, was that I had left some CD's in the disc changer in the car I traded in. Most of them were ones I could easily replace, but the one was of a performance I had done in middle school, that I knew if I ever lost it, I'd never be able to replace it. And when I called my salesmen Joe fully expecting it to be gone, he told me that he had taken that CD, and the others out of the car and left them on his desk for me to pick up. That meant the world to me; and unknown to them, it showed me that even in today's cut-throat world of car buying and sales, that Faulkner treats you like family, and that, to me, is the most important thing of all. All of these things including Joe, my salesman's professionalism, kindness, and integrity have made this an effortless and impactful experience, and makes them a dealership I would recommend to anybody. More
