When I first dropped off my 2024 Sierra for inspection due to signs of frame rust, I was told it could happen and suggested that I looked for a specialized shop to take care of that. I was going to go ba due to signs of frame rust, I was told it could happen and suggested that I looked for a specialized shop to take care of that. I was going to go back to pick up my truck when I found a bulletin from GM showing issues with my model and year. Only after contacting the dealership again with the bulletin number, I was able to get my truck serviced/fixed. Considering it is a 2024 truck and we are in 2025, I find unacceptable the initial response I got from the dealership. More
