Made appointment for a specific repair all this model needs due to a defect, not a recall. When making appointment, I asked, do you have the part? Told, not a problem, this is a common repair. Got there, they do paperwork, , I asked, do you have the part? they pull it inside. I said again "do you have the part?". They go look. NO part. So they take it out of the bay and park out front and I take it home. Now they will call when it comes in and we get to do this all over again. Granted everyone was nice but the customers time is valuable too. Frustrating!! More

I called Perry one afternoon and he arranged a visit to t This July I had the pleasure of working with Perry Bonifazi at Faulkner GMC in West Chester. I called Perry one afternoon and he arranged a visit to their dealership the next day to discuss my needs for a full size truck. When I arrived Perry had two GMC Trucks ready for me to test drive and explained all the features, packages and options to me. Once we had the truck I was looking for spec'd out Perry was able to locate the vehicle I wanted on their GMC dealer network in Massachusetts! Perry worked with that dealership and was able to arrange a dealer-to-dealer trade with them. A few days later I had the exact truck that I wanted, a Sierra, double cab, SLT Trim with 4 WD and X31 off-road package. Perry was an excellent salesperson and worked hard to find the truck I wanted 284 miles away in Massachusetts! Thank you Perry! More
