45,000 Mile Service I dealt with Jack who is very competent, courteous and accommodating. I stopped in the day before and was told to drop off car the next morning. I explained my problem but the dash light, service engine light had gone off in the morning, after being on for 2 days. Since I was due for 45,000 mile service I agreed to their doing it. I dropped car off on my way to work and by 11:00 I received a call that it was done. The driver picked me up to get it. Very timely More

Totally unexpected I only stopped here because we happened to be driving by the dealership and I saw a car in the lot that looked interesting. Perry is a pro Faulkner was not the first dealership I spoke with but I had the best salesperson experience with Perry Bonifazi. He really listened to my criteria a Faulkner was not the first dealership I spoke with but I had the best salesperson experience with Perry Bonifazi. He really listened to my criteria and my concerns and didn't just try and sell me anything on the lot that wasn't the perfect fit. I was buying a used vehicle to be my 16yr olds first car and it had to be the right choice. We didn't want to break the bank given the situation but reliability and safety were big concerns. Perry went the extra mile and found us the best choice at a different Faulkner location (Bethlehem) had it brought to West Chester within days and made the whole experience feel like a big win! I will go to Faulkner first next time. Thanks Perry. More
