Great Service, Only issue I had was the fact that I was staying with my vehichle. After two hours they told me about an issue that wouldnt pass inspection. We dropped our car off on Thursday afternoon. It was dropped off for an inspection oil change. We got a call on Friday morning, but the windshield wipers wooden pass inspection and service person recommended transmission change cabin filter wife called around 2 o’clock service person said it would be done in 15 minutes And when we got there 230 2:45 wasn’t done didn’t do the Transmission flush and we did a good hour paid for what was done and left. Very disappointed. I came to use because I didn’t Like O’Reilly service in past two years I had an inspection gladiator flush that bill was 800 and some dollars I bought Wheels which was three grand From the parts department, I don’t know what to tell you very disappointment More
Service rep was polite and new. During a routine oil change I was advised of two items needing repairs totaling over $2400. I had to ask if covered under warranty. In the past, other dealers would have checked if covered. I was told all work was covered under warranty. After work was performed, they charged over $500 for a repair. I had to complain but this was rectified. You need to ask questions to see if work will he covered or not as they will not check for you. If you don’t ask, you will always pay. More

Lotta people still use phones should tell you the stores hours otherwise it’s very frustrating. That’s corrective constructive criticism more than one way to sell a car right but you guys do it well.
