The service advisor was friendly answered my questions and the service was timely. They even addressed my recall. However I have a rattle in the truck which is only a year old. Upon leaving I hear it non stop..I've now taken videos and plan to revisit. My issue is that previously prior to the tailgate recall other technicians at this location offered to go for a ride to see if it could be reproduced. For something like this I don't think I should have had to ask and in fact within minutes of leaving I've reproduced the sound and now I'll have to schedule another visit. I also called and left a voicemail to see if I could bring the car back. I never received a call back. It's a 85k truck I guess I expect a little more from a investigative point of view. More

Having the same issue with my vehicle after two service appointments. Asked for a loaner for the third appointment and was told not likely. Service is good but they were unable to fix my issue with Bluetooth and intranet problems. Apparently this has been a frequent issue recently. Very disappointed.
