Very disappointed in Faulkner of west Chester. Service was not completed upon arrival. Detailing agents were left in car. Updates were not performed on vehicle, high scratch mark in the rear quar Service was not completed upon arrival. Detailing agents were left in car. Service manager was eating lunch and would not leave his lunch to take care of my complaint then drove my car to my house and never came to the door. More
