It had been raining heavily and I desperately needed new windshield wipers. I called Faulkner and talked to Ali and she said she check and see if she could squeeze me in. I drove up to Faulkner and the serv windshield wipers. I called Faulkner and talked to Ali and she said she check and see if she could squeeze me in. I drove up to Faulkner and the service rep immediately walked me over to the parts desk and picked up the new blades and installed them. I’m over 80 now and I appreciated everybody so much.
