Overall a poor experience! Saleslady was the only saving grace. She was kind and showed my wife and myself the vehicle we requested and provided solid information on the vehicl Saleslady was the only saving grace. Upon returning to discuss numbers the finance manager was unwilling to budge a single dollar even though the vehicle would require maintenance within the first year to be properly maintained! Car price was way above KBB and their inability to discuss adjusting the price to match other local dealers or KBB was laughable. Ultimately we bought a newer car with lower miles for less than Faulkner Honda was listing their vehicle at. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this auto group, obviously unless you enjoy paying over KBB/Fair Market for your pre-owned vehicles! More
