The service manager and loaner managers were helpful and friendly, though several time I have had service done (steering system, tire rotation that caused a sensor system error, and recently an AC system re friendly, though several time I have had service done (steering system, tire rotation that caused a sensor system error, and recently an AC system repair), I leave the shop and within minutes another problem pops up and I have to turn around and immediately return - this is the 3rd time this has happened. I don’t know if it’s the car itself or if it’s incomplete mechanical work, but I have never had another vehicle in my life that requires so much back and forth to the dealership. More
