My wife and I spoke with Tom Williams the morning of Saturday March 22, 2014 about a used Honda Civic Si. We were traveling 2 hours to see the car so we wanted to make sure it was available and on the Saturday March 22, 2014 about a used Honda Civic Si. We were traveling 2 hours to see the car so we wanted to make sure it was available and on the lot. We were told yes and asked a few more questions. Tom asked when we would be there and I told him around noon. I left a message with Tom before we left to ask him about the price of the car. After an hour and a half into our trip, Tom called me back. I told him we were a half hour out so I would just talk to him when we get there. He said great. We get there at exactly noon, walk in to see Tom and he tells us that he believes the car was sold! My wife and I were stunned! He said that someone else bought it about 15 minutes ago! Tom spoke with me 30 minutes ago and never said a word to me about this. Plus, he knew at 9:30 that morning we were coming to look at, and most likely purchase, the car! Not one person at this dealership was helpful at all. Tom was so disconnected and inconsiderate towards us. I have never met anyone who could care less. The manager stated that "we are in the business of selling cars, that's what we do". Well who do you sell cars to??? Oh, that's right, customers like me! This was the worst experience I have ever had and would never recommend this dealership to a single soul. BTW, they filled up my tank with gas as a courtesy. Dan Brundage More

It was a really good experience stopping by this wonderful place , they make you feel as at your home . We were unexpectedly in the market for a new vehicle. Therefore, we were on a limited budget. Looking into Faulkner, we found the vehicle, in the colors we liked, and inquired online. Patti was fantastic. She worked over the phone and online with us, as we live an hour away from Faulkner. She even called us on her day off, knowing we were hoping to come visit the dealership in a day or two. Patti worked with Mike to get us to a payment that would work for us. That was important to do ahead of time as we live so far away. Upon our arrival to Faulkner, Mike had two Accords side by side for us to compare. Mike's knowledge of the car was the most I'd seen from any other employee at any other dealer. Patti, Mike, and Stephen worked very hard for us, and got us in the Accord at a price we could afford. Working with them was very comfortable. Their friendliness and understanding were tops. It was very refreshing to work with this team. We will recommend them highly. My overal experience was excellent. Jim Porter was terrific from beginning to end. He was very helpful during the test drive and with any questions that I had. Jim was just as helpful with it and was very helpful after the sale was complete with his follow up to make sure everything was still good with the car as well as getting me the cup holders for the back of the car. This is my second I bought from there and I would buy my next one from there in many years to come. More

This was a horrible experience! We spoke on the phone to Tom Williams and he stated $6000 for a 2003 odyssey. When we came to the dealership in person he and Glenn asked us for $7991. We reminded them of Tom Williams and he stated $6000 for a 2003 odyssey. When we came to the dealership in person he and Glenn asked us for $7991. We reminded them of our conversation on the phone and they relented and agreed to $6000. Then a couple days later we called to discuss financing and they told us that a timing belt had been put on the odyssey and, because of that, the price had gone up $1500! Their own service department advised a timing belt costs $810! Do not waste your time at this dealership, they will rip you off! More
